Matini works in partnership with clients to agree, from the outset, a documentation package to suit their individual requirements.
Standard documentation packs contain all material certification, grades of stainless steel pipes and fittings that are supplied, welder identification and welding approval to help customers recognise Matini personnel and their supporting qualifications.
Matini's tailor-made weld logging sheets can identify the exact weld, who welded it, on what day and whether it was visibly inspected, x-rayed or boroscoped, by whom and who witnessed the inspection. Pressure test certificates show the relevant times, dates, name of the person who tested the pipework and, what line it is designed to carry, reinforced with a current calibration gauge and certificate.
The relevant documentation is compiled into a comprehensive, detailed and easy to read pack that is handed to each customer on completion of the work. All information is copied and also stored by Matini for 3 years or longer if a client requires.
