Prefabrication

Matini maintains a fully equipped manufacturing facility to prefabricate stainless steel pipework, from small spools to large pipe installations. This enables client work to be accommodated off site prior to shutdown periods, keeping the production down-time to an absolute minimum.

Prefabrication welding is completed in accordance with Matini's exacting standards and the Company can undertake any necessary boroscoping or videoscoping and documentation, pressure tests and weld register certificates, prior to delivery and arrival onsite. However, if clients prefer, their own inspectors are welcome to visit the facility and x-ray or boroscope the work for themselves.

Matini also offers an in-house passivation service to ensure that all pipework arrives onsite clean, ready for use and fit for purpose.
